New Business

Formalizing Leadership Meetings:
- Meeting Agendas, minutes, and notes--necessary tracking for grants acquisition
- Otter.ai will be taking notes at all leadership meetings going forward
Sermon and Social:
- Pop-up shelters: Ruth has a 10x10 she has agreed to bring--volunteer list to help set up? Who will take this task?
- Folding tables: who has them? One large table for drinks/snacks/supplies, and two-three smaller tables--volunteers to set up? Who will take on this task?
- Coffee/tea/hot chocolate: find out the price from Starbucks? Pick up on day of event? Hot water carafe on rooftop for tea? Do we need to supply extra paper cups? If so, from where? How many? Who will take on this task?
- Safety supplies: extra paper masks, hand sanitizer, sanitizing wipes for tables, blue tape for marking social distancing--where will these come from? Donation? Volunteers for set up? Who will take on this task?
- Setting up a space to help facilitate transportation and informing folks of the train route--who will take on this task?
- Checking vaccine cards at the social--who will take on this task?
- Extra folding chairs for folks who forget--does the church have them?
  - Chanty Follow-Up Demonstration: setting tasks, etc.
Finances Update:
- Current Grant Applications for LUCC:
  - New Church Pastoral Care Grant
  - Neighbors in Need Grant
  - Renewing Church CASA Grant
  - COVID-19 Grant
- Financial Update from Ruth
Meal Donations from Matt-Talbot Center:
- Tara--still okay with leading meal cooking 1x monthly?
- Coordinating volunteers--minimum 5 volunteers cooking 6 serving meals
- Meals for Tuesdays picked monthly, Friday meals can stay the same
- Where to drop off? Who will drop off each time?
